It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind amid the natural beauty/quiet serenity of Punta Mita and the designer inspired decorating throughout the residence. It is centrally located within the El Encanto community of the gated Punta Mita resort. El Encanto is a private home enclave that has its own gate and 24/7 security staff.
our house comfortably sleeps eight people and we enjoy having smaller groups as they tend to be less noisy and more respectful of the property and its furnishings So far, we have been most fortunate to mostly have had guests who treat our home and our neighbors with great respect. We hope to continue to have such guests in the future.

-magnificent views of the pacific ocean, puerto vallarta and sierra madres mountains We never tire of these views and in the winter months they are enhanced by the whales who visit annually and are seen playing just off-shore.
